Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing you agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below.

All deposits and services are non-refundable. If you are more that 10 minutes late you will be charged $10 extra on top of service. If you are over 15 minutes late you will lose your deposit and have to be rescheduled as my appointments are back to back. Please be prompt and ready when I arrive. Please be mindful of making sure you book the correct date. Under no circumstances will you be issued a refund on your deposit. If you need to reschedule please do so 48 hours at the latest before your appointment time if you notify me less than 48 hours prior or you will forfeit your deposit.  If you need to cancel you will forfeit your deposit. In the event of a no call no show you you forfeit your deposit and you may not book me again but you are more than welcome to shop my products.

If I travel to you, when I arrive on site, please be ready to let me in. Please have a flat table cleared where I am able to set up. Please make sure all pets are put away, as much as I love furry friends it is not sanitary to have them around makeup. No smoking while my products are out. Please keep all children away from equipment and makeup products. In the event I am servicing at a location that charges for parking the fee will be added on top of your total amount. Deposits go towards your service. All final payments can be made in cash or via cash app $glambycorigraham

For regular glam sessions, no other guest are welcomed at the time of service and please keep phone usage to a minimum. You will be given the address after booking and paying required deposit.

For the best makeup application possible please come with a clean face, moisturized lips and groomed brows. (I do not tweeze eyebrows). I use the most highly recommended products in the makeup industry but if by any chance your skin or eyes react negatively after service to any products used you are releasing me of all liability. For this reason I highly recommend brides book a trial session at least 7 days prior to their big day so it gives your skin the proper time it needs to recover.

In the event that I have to cancel you will be issued a refund on your deposit and you will receive service from me for 50% off one time after on a date and time of your choice.

Tips are never required but very much appreciated.

For wedding parties paying in cash, I must receive payment in full by the bride. Members of a wedding party may pay via Cashapp to $glambycorigraham but it must be done immediately after service.

Under no circumstances do we issue refunds.
